Returning Patients: Select either “Follow Up Visit” or “Extended Treatment”
If you are a returning patient and have multiple areas of concern, you may want to consider booking the “Extended Treatment” option to ensure there is enough time to treat everything.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. Patients who miss their appointment will be charged full price for their appointment.

We are a self-pay office, meaning we are not in network with all insurance companies. We offer flat rate cash pricing so you know exactly what to expect when you come in for an appointment. This allows both the patient and the doctor to decide how they want the appointment to go. No appointment looks the same. We want to give you the best quality care you deserve and also the treatments that YOU want. There are no al a cart services, just a flat rate for your appointment.
We do accept HSA/FSA payments!
Do you wish to submit to insurance yourself? Great! We’d be happy to provide you with a superbill. (A super bill is an insurance receipt that will have specific diagnostic and treatment codes that will let insurance companies know what treatment was provided). If you have out-of-network benefits you may be able to get reimbursed for your visit or get the amount counted towards your deductible.

Explore Motion Chiropractic + Rehabilitation is a cash-based, musculoskeletal specialist clinic. This model gives you more time with your physician and a more personalized healthcare experience that is not available through traditional insurance-based models. Unfortunately, traditional health insurance does not currently reimburse for prolonged patient visits and integrative care that make Explore Motion unique.

We do not take x-rays here in office. If we think that they are necessary while going through an exam, we can refer you out for them to be taken so we can continue treatment. Imaging can be a very useful tool, but it can also tell us things we already know. If an image does not change the way we manage the condition, there is no reason to spend money on it!

That is awesome! Of course we help people get out of pain, but we also want to provide preventive care. Based on your movement screen, we can weed out areas that may not be moving as well that could cause pain or injury in the future. So we love to help patients get out of pain but also stay out of pain. We would also love to spend time with you going over lifting mechanics, weightlifting technique, or just general movement strategy. The options are endless and we would love to help with whatever you have going on!

Most likely, no. But we cannot say without doing an exam. We encourage people to continue to move their bodies like they are meant to. Of course we don’t want to make the pain worse, but we also want to build our capacity for load so this injury doesn’t happen again.
